The quarter finals of the Women’s EHF Champions League take place at the first two weekend of April, where the best 8 teams are fighting for getting into the WOMEN’S EHF FINAL4. Győri Audi ETO KC has to face montenegrin Buducnost Podgorica – Görbicz’s have succeeded in winning the first leg abroad by 20-26. In the halftime there was 3 goal lead in favour of the girls in green and white which they could double until the end of the match thank to the fantastic performance of each goalkeeper among others.

The dutch playmaker of the green and white team has been easily injured on her leg after a mismove during the last home training before travelling to Montenegro. She is now on forced rest for a few weeks, so she is not going to take part in the CL quarter final’s first leg.

The team of Győri Audi ETO KC said goodbye to the Champions League Main Round on the 1st place of Group 1– the girls worked as a real team to be able to win the match against Ljubljana, but it worth mentioning the individual performances as well.
There were some beautiful moments – brilliant performances from our goalkeepers Grimsbö and Kiss, fantastic left wing-goal made by Görbicz and Oftedal is among the stars of the last round thanks to her hard work.

The girls in green and white have saved their position on the top of Group 1 thanks to the home victory against RK Krim Mercator Ljubljana in the ultimate round of Main Round – the slovenian team had to say goodbye to Champions League before the quarter finals of the competition.

Győri Audi ETO KC has saved her position on the top of Group 1 thanks to the home victory against RK Krim Mercator Ljubljana in the ultimate round of Main Round on 10th of March. The first half showed a very tough game, but the girls in green and white were able to take the thing in hand and won the match by 9 goals.
Ambros Martín’s team will face Buducnost Podgorica in the quarter-final phase of the WOMEN’s EHF Champions League.

The girls in green and white are going to play against the slovenian RK Krim Mercator Ljubljana in the ultimate round of the Champions League Main Round. In the fifth round of WOMEN's EHF Champions League Main Round Győri Audi ETO KC travelled to the danish team, Nykøbing Falster Handboldklub for a return match. The team in green and white has dominated till the last moment of the match with hard defence and quick offenses, so they defended their first place in Group 1 with this victory. Result: 24-32
