The head coach of Győri Audi ETO KC spends his daily life in his home in Győr. Unfortunately, Gábor Danyi's life is not filled with trainings these days, but he can't stay without a handball.

On February 10, the Board of the Hungarian Handball Federation has selected the best handball players of the year 2019. From our adult team, Stine Oftedal was awarded with the Best Foreign Female Player Title, while Zsuzsanna Tomori who has spent 2019 in Gyor, became the best defensive player. Our talented young player, Julia Farkas was chosen for the best player in her age group.

Announcements for the 2020/21 season are ongoing at the team of Győri Audi ETO KC. Previously, Kari Aalvik Grimsbö was assured that she would finish her career at the end of the season and that Laura Glauser and Silje Solberg would arrive in the summer, and now the contract between Amandine Leynaud and Éva Kiss has been finalised.
In the recent round of the Hungarian Championship we visited the Siófok. Our green and white team made a lot of mistakes in attack and defence, which the home team always revenged and could take advantage of the opportunities, so we ended up with a five-goal defeat.
In the 14th round of the K&H women's handball league, our team in green and white jersey went to Siófok for the upcoming championship round. With the exception of the first few minutes of the match, the home team's will prevailed on the court and we played with many mistakes which we could not correct until the end of the 60th minute.
Final score: 34-29
Following our convincing victory over Kisvárda on the domestic track, we travel to Lake Balaton to play in the Hungarian Handball League again. Gábor Danyi's players are currently welcomed by Siófok, who are on the third stage of the championship point-hunting - so it is no question that we are facing a particularly exciting clash.

Arrival of a new player has been secured in the players' squad of Győr Audi ETO KC 2020/21. Our club is reinforcing its right wing position with the Hungarian national team player Viktória Lukács, who comes from Ferencváros to Győr. She has signed a three-year contract with our club.
