We were saddened to learn that Lajos Horváth, the former head coach of Győri ETO KC, a member of the ETO family and the coach of many handball players, has passed away on 11 February 2022. His memory will be kept alive.
The ETO family mourns. Lajos Horváth, head coach of the Győri ETO Handball Club's adult team for two seasons, has passed away. During his decades in Győr's youth handball scene, he was a great teacher of many talented athletes, and countless generations learned under his guidance. Among others, he was the head coach of Beata Hoffmann.
