The team's line player suffered an ankle injury in the first half of the game against Ferencváros on 5 May. Post-match medical examinations confirmed a minor ankle injury and a few weeks' rest awaits our player.
Beatrice Edwige injured her right ankle during the match against Ferencváros when an opposing player stepped on her leg. After the meeting, the team’s doctor, Dr. Péter Balogh, examined the line player.
"We have done an X-ray examination, which did not confirm a fracture. A partial ankle ligament injury is possible. We've started the protocol for active conservative treatment, and we're hoping she'll be back on the field in two to three weeks," our team’s doctor said.
We wish Beatrice Edwige to being well and recover as soon as possible.
