The European Handball Federation has published on its official website the nominees for the 2020-2021 Champions League season’s All Star team. Nine players from the Győri Audi ETO KC and Gabor Danyi can be voted on.
Handball fans can choose from six players per position. There are not as many candidates from any team as from our club, 10 from Győr are among the best. The nominees were chosen by the 16 CL team head coaches from this season, the Official Title Partner DELO and journalists.
Amadine Leynaud can be voted on from goalkeepers. Victoria Lukács is one of the right wing candidates. Stine Oftedal and Estelle Nze Minko are also among the best centre backs. Kari Brattset Dale is among the best line players, while Veronica Kristiansen represents the ETO in the left-back. For players under the age of 23, Fodor Csenge is waiting for the votes. There are also two candidates for the title of best defender, Eduarad Amorim and Beatrice Edwige.
Gabor Danyi is also in the competition among the head coaches.
Voting is open until May 27, and the All-Star team will be announced on 28th of May, before the DELO EHF FINAL4.
