In the 14th round of DELO WOMEN'S EHF Champions League group phase after a tight first half and a superb second, Győri Audi ETO KC won by seven goals against CSKA Moscow. With 14 games unbeaten, Győr finished at the first place of group and maintained their unbeaten series of 51 games.
Gábor Danyi: "First of all, congratulations to Moscow, because we played a very tough match against them. We are also aware that our opponents have had to deal with a number of issues, they have had a long journey and important players have been missing. We were the better team now, especially in the second half, but we played a great game. In the second half our attack and our defence worked very well."
Victoria Lukács: "We knew that we will have a very difficult match. The first half was very tough, Moscow played very well. But our defence has been tough and disciplined in the whole match, it's formed in the last couple games and that's why the easier goals came. That was the key to today's victory. We played against a very good team and I think we could meet in Final4 as well."
