All the participants of the Women’s EHF Champions League has been officially confirmed by the EHF Executive Committee in Glasgow. Our title-defender team, Győri Audi ETO KC is also on the line-up of teams which will join the tournament in the group phase.
Besides our team, the four times Champions League-winner Győri Audi ETO KC, there will be 13 teams – including the two danish newcomers, Kobenhavn Handball and Odense Hc – which are participating in the Women’s Champions League 2018/2019. Eight other clubs will vie for the remaining two places during qualification matches between 7th and 9th of September.
The playing system remained the same which had been introduced before the start of the 2014/2015 season.
The draw event regarding the group matches will take place on 29th June (Friday) starting at 12:30 in Vienna and will be streamed live on ehfTV.com, ehfTV YouTube channeland on the competition's Facebook page.
