After Nor Mörk had got injured on Monday during the match against Nykobing, the managing board of ETO started to look for a left handed back to replace her until the end of the season.
Thanks to the successful negotiations with the managing voard of ÉRD. their player, Mireya Gonzalez took part in ETO’s training on Wednesday.
The new right back was excited to enter the Audi Aréna, who came for her firs training on the 7th of February, we made an interview with her before her first training.
“Everything was really fast, to be honest, I still can’t believe that I’m here, in Győr . I’m happy to get this opportunity. I’m very excited and nervous, everyone is very helpful so I’m sure I will enjoy the time spent here.” - said Mireya. As she says, she is aware that she has got the opportunity because of an injury, but she assured us that she would help the team in the hard work. “I will work hard and I’m sure I will improve a lot with these players, I’d like to do my best to help the team.”. She says that her strength is that she works hard and with all her effort and team spirit is very important for her. She has had the chance to play in front of ETO fans in the Audi Aréna. “Playing here has always been a great experience, A lot of fanse came to support the team. I hope that they will support me as well.”
