Two ETO players got into the Dream Team announced at the end of the Olympics, the goalie, Kari Grimbsö and the pivot, Heidi Löke. The novice of ETO, Nora Mörk received the title of top scorer with 62 goals.
The Dutch national team got ranked 4th at the games, Yvette Broch, Nycke Groot and Eduarda Amorim from Brazil got into the quarter final as top teams.
