" Ambros gave everybody an individual training program" - said Görbe and Kiss Évi. "Those returning after an injury got a program helping their recovery and we got a program that helps improve our stamina. We have to complete it in three weeks until the team meets first time. This includes 5 trainings a week including running and strenthening with gradually growing intensity. This aims to take us to a good physical condition by the time we start training together."
